You can really only use one light!

When I first started with off-camera flash, I thought I needed a full studio setup to get great results. Turns out, one light in the right place can do magic. My go-to is a Godox AD600 with a Cheetahstand 34” softbox, positioned about 45 degrees from the subject. It’s easy, portable, and gives me amazing results for headshots and senior portraits. If you haven’t tried this yet, give it a go next time you’re shooting. I’ll drop a few examples below so you can see how powerful one light can be. You do not need to break the bank or go out and buy multiple lights. When you are first starting out keep it simple! Let me know if you give it a try—I’d love to see your shots!
